"The rest is seasonal like shoes and handbags; it changes all the time," explains Lynn. "Vuitton, Prada, Kate Spade, whatever...or updating makes and models of cars. Lynn's custom looks feature balanced and natural highlights, rather than "perfect" as is ordinarily the case. He creates an elegant pastiche of color by utilizing a color brush to customize hair by hand, painting the highlights or color in (sort of an air-brushing effect) which gives a sparkling glow.
"I use foil as well, but it is a more cursory approach. It has its place ya know," says Lynn. "Today, all-over highlights are passé unless you want to be totally blonde. Less is more, with the emphasis on accent, as with Angelina Jolie or the ever-changeable Drew Barrymore."
